How to redeem your passes!
We’re excited for you to join us on an adventure! Whether you purchased a 2, 4, or 10-pack of passes, our step-by-step guide below will walk you through the process of redeeming them.

Once you’ve purchased your passes, head to your email to find your tickets! Your passes will be emailed from noreply@roller.app

To redeem passes in person, simply show your pass with the QR code at the ticket booth and we’ll scan it. To redeem passes online, you will need to input the code which appears below the QR code in the ‘Apply a Discount’ box upon check out.

Select your adventure on our tickets page! Choose a date and time that works best for you.
Don’t forget to fill out your waiver!

Q: Can I redeem my passes in person?
A: Yes! Just check in at our on-site ticket booth. Please note: This method is subject to availability, and you may not get the exact session you want.
Q: Can I redeem more than one pass at a time?
A: Yes! You will need to add each ticket individually to your cart, ensuring the quantity associated with each ticket using a pass is one.
Q: Do I have to redeem all of my passes at the same time?
A: No!
Q: Can I use my passes for other people?
A: Yes, if you are purchasing them through your account. However, the additional person will need to complete a waiver.
Q: When do my passes expire?
A: All passes are valid for one season only and will expire at the end of the season you bought them for.
