Most of this job is outdoors and includes inflatables, laser tag, etc. You’ll get to lead kids’ activities and will get the chance to play the role of our costumed characters. The perfect person for this role is energetic, kind, and assertive in leading groups of 2-100 with a variety of games from Kickball, Candy Bar Bingo, Dance/ Disco parties and much more! Staying professional while interacting with our guests and having fun while doing so is a must for this team!

Duties include verifying age requirements, processing payments, keeping the bar area clean / well maintained, and preparing alcoholic beverages for our guests. Bartender employees should be friendly, charismatic, and confident.

Attendants must be strong swimmers and be comfortable working outside mostly in the sun. You will work on Adventure Island inflatable water course, check guests in to Bear Paw Beach, and kindly enforce rules to make the beach safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for all of our guests. All attendants will go through CPR/AED and First Aid training from Ellis and Associates lifeguard certification, provided through BCI. Attendants will be responsible for lifeguarding both Bear Paw Beach and the Jellystone pool and waterslide area.

Age: 16 & up, with a limited number of 15 y/o positions available.

Duties include greeting guests, taking food & beverage orders, food handling & preparing of menu items as requested, sweeping lobby areas & wiping down tables and any duties needed to keep the kitchen area clean and safe. Friendly guest interactions and effectively serving each guest with a great attitude is a must.

Adventure Guides are the eyes and ears of the course. Engaging with participants to create a positive, supportive and adventurous atmosphere in the park. Adventure Guides provide encouragement and advice to participants and, when necessary, assist participants who need or desire to quit a course prior to finishing and provide any necessary rescues. All guides will become certified in First Aid/CPR/ AED and challenge course procedures provided through BCI.

Your role is to make our guest’s special event magical! From answering phones and questions about Bear Paw Beach, booking a birthday party or special event, to hosting and making the party happen and engaging with kids and parents.

This is a great position for you if you enjoy a routine schedule and bonding with your coworkers. You will spend more time working with co-workers than interacting with guests. This job involves cleaning bathhouses and preparing cabins for our guests to stay in.
Peak Days: Friday and Sunday.

This job involves physical, outdoor work like moving picnic tables, cleaning fire pits, keeping up with lawn care, changing garbage cans and general maintaining of outdoor areas for our guests. You will spend more time working with co-workers than interacting with guests. You will be visible to guests so the perfect candidate will be kind and hardworking in their demeanor.
Peak Days: Sunday.
Age Requirement: 16 & up.

Day-time Rangers escort guests to and from campsites using a Golf Cart and give them a great first impression of the campground while guiding them to their site! You will guide and assist guests in any way necessary. Night time Rangers kindly enforce rules to keep the campground safe, comfortable and enjoyable for all guests.

Our reservations team is the first and last contact for each of our guests which gives you a great opportunity to provide an exceptional experience! This is the perfect position for someone who enjoys and feels comfortable speaking on the phone and interacting with our guests. Other responsibilities will include the guest check-in process which takes place outside. This job will help build essential skills such as problem solving skills, computer skills and guest services.

In the store you will make guests espresso, handcrafted coffee drinks, and serve hand scooped ice cream. You will also sell clothing items, souvenirs, and camping essentials. This position is great for those who are outgoing and friendly.
